Yes, with little or no extra charge.
You can simply mail us a legible copy or send it e-mail via the internet to artdepartment@perfect-image.com . If you mail a copy, make it as large and clean as possible, we will resize it. If you e-mail us a copy, send it in a "tiff" format (although we can work with many formats) at least 600 dpi, if you want to save file size use a compression program like PKzip. Normal delivery time is three to four weeks. Rush orders (no extra charge) can be shipped in 48 hours.
Prices can constantly change, for the most current pricing call 1-800-533-8732 press option #2 or email sales@perfect-image.com include the product and quantity you are interested in. We will return a price quote within 24 hours.
No deposit is required, simply place your order and we will ship U.P.S. C.O.D. on delivery you can pay with a company check, personal check or cash. If you prefer you can pay in advance via credit card (AMX,M/C,VISA) or mail in a check and we will deliver prepaid UPS.
If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase, simply call our customer service department at 1-800-533-8732 press option #3 or email customerservice@perfect-image.com we'll gladly rerun your order, refund your money or credit your account.
What will my printed information look like
We have a full in house art department, they have many years of experience setting up each product to look it's best with your information. If you have a particular way you want to set up your product we will gladly do so, you can draw up a rough sketch and fax it to us at 1-602-894-0081 or email it to artdepartment@perfect-image.com . We can also send you a proof before we print if you would like to see your set up.
